Also know as Anwesha Dutta (Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anwesha_Dutta_(singer), at the age of 18, when most teenagers try to figure out what to do with life, she rocked the world of music by being crowned the 2014 season Champion of Zee Bangla SaReGaMaPa. Judge Kumar Sanu called her the “Melody Queen”, Judge Alka Yagnik thought she was a “Soulful Mystery”and Guest Judge Udit Narayan had no hesitation in declaring her to be the “biggest would be upcoming playback singer of the country”. Her rendition of “Lag Jaa Gale” in the august presence of Asha Bhonsle won her heart and an opportunity to attend a Masterclass with the legend. Her melodious voice and stage presence make her one of the most sought-after performers in the Kolkata concert scene. Be it Rabindrasangeet, Bangla Adhunik songs from the Golden Age or Hindi Film songs (aka, Bollywood songs), she captures her audience from the very minute she starts singing.

Anwesha has eighteen music albums to her credit. Notable among them are her debut album, “Hok Na Kotha” (Asha Audio, Music: Raktim Sen) that is a best seller even in the USA, an Album of Tagore Songs and 10 albums released in Bangladesh. She also has several Hindi and Bengali original singles published through her YouTube Channel. Her original Hindi Music Video, ‘Tu Saath Mere’ has been a blockbuster hit in 2018.

Anwesha travels extensively for concert all around India and has the distinction of performing in the USA at Maddison Square Gardens during NABC 2016, Atlanta Diwali Mela, 2018 and BPACON, Nashville 2019. She is extremely popular in Bangladesh where she was traveled over 30 times for concerts and playback recording.

Anwesha is regular as a guest on Radio and TV. She has a large number of followers on social media and YouTube where her songs have been viewed by millions.  

Dr. Raktim Sen

A composer, lyricist, orchestral arranger,  pianist and singer – a playwright, drama director, animator and actor – a documentary film maker and music director – a poet and short story writer – a truly versatile artist, Raktim is comfortable in any and all of these roles.

Raktim was initiated into music by his mother who played the Esraj and the Sitar. He learnt the piano at Calcutta School of Music. Raktim was recently awarded by Atlanta Indo-American Film Festival the “Creative Services Award” for his documentary film “Be the Change … Life Mission of Dean Lawrence Edward Carter, Sr.” He is currently, the Theatrical Director of Atlanta Theater Workshop. Inc. and the Program Director of IACA Atlanta Indian Idol.

Raktim is an alumnus of Bengal Engineering College (now, Indian Institie of Engineering, Science & Technology), Shibpur. He has an M.S.and Ph.D. from Clemson University and recently retired from a  multinational company. He works off his own studio in Atlanta, USA.

His previous album, “Hok Na Kotha“, with Anwesha Dutta and Rik Basu is widely popular.  “Badalon Ki Tarha” is his maiden Hindi composition became am instant hit.  Rehnuma is Dr. Raktim sen’s second Hindi Original.

Rik Basu

Rik is a rising playback singer in Kolkata and Mumbai. He became household name during the 2014 season of Zee SaReGaMaPa, which he ended as the 1st Runner-up. He is lovingly called “The Rocker” by Hariharan and can rock the stage like no one else. During his Zee SaReGaMaPa days, he mesmerized the legend, Asha Bhonsle with “Tumi Kato Durey” and “Shono, Ei To Samay”- two evergreen compositions of R. D. Burman.

Rik is a very popular performer and remains busy with his concerts, composing work and recordings. He has given several memorable performances in the USA and Canada in 2015 and 2016. He has several music albums and singles to his credit, including the hit album, “Hok Na Katha” and YouTube singles, “Tomake Khunji”, “Tujhe Pyaar Pyaar Karta Hoon”. His “Wole Wole”, which won him the “Sing for Football” contest organized by Sony TV, commemorating the FIFA World Cup 2018 was played in the 2018 FIFA World Cup Finals stadium- a proud moment indeed! His recent playback song, “Dil ki Gulak” from “Baarish 2” is widely popular.

Iqbal Salik

A very sought-after lyricist in Mumbai (Bollywood).  He has brilliantly penned the lyrics of “Rehnuma”. His earlier collaboration witg this team was on “Baadalon Ki Tarha”
